The mobile app or a computer browser is always the primary way to use Túlka. However, not everyone has the opportunity to use a smartphone or computer at work, and in these cases, help is available through the telephone service. Túlka's telephone service can be used with any telephone by just calling us at 041 400 1234.

The service is open to contract customers 24/7 and the average waiting time is 16 seconds.
